Ysaere is a pre-seed AI intelligence platform in active beta. That means:
- Every swarm, report, and artifact we produce — CI, Trust Check, Due Diligence, Market Intelligence, CRE Deal Intelligence, Studio, Marketplace — is AI-generated opinion and analysis, not verified fact. Our Trust Receipts attest to the integrity of an output (that it was produced by the stated process and not altered) — they do not attest to the truth of any claim inside it.
- Features may change, be renamed, be redesigned, or be removed at any time. Credit prices, ranking algorithms, and evaluation thresholds may change with in-platform notice.
- We do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) during beta. We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we make no uptime, accuracy, or completeness guarantees.
- Our liability during beta is limited to $1,000 in the aggregate across all claims (or a lower amount under our Terms of Service if applicable). This is standard for beta software.
- You use Ysaere voluntarily and at your own risk. Independently verify any Ysaere AI-generated information and/or AI-generated outputs. Ysaere does not provide professional advice. See our AI Disclosures.
- Your feedback matters. We iterate quickly and read every "Send feedback" submission. Thank you for helping build this.
When we exit beta on the platform or a specific feature, we will post a notice, give at least 14 days’ notice by email, and update the applicable Terms. Until then, the Beta terms in our Terms of Service (§4), Master Subscription Agreement (§14), Publisher Agreement (§13), and Marketplace Terms (§12) apply.
